We offer youth mentoring, tutoring, anger management, conflict resolution, life skills, social skills, and community events. We look forward to offer reentry, aftercare, and pre-adjudication diversion programs for juveniles. Our reentry/after program will assists juveniles make a healthy transition back into the community after serving a sentence. Our pre-adjudicated diversion program will be offered to first and non-violent offenders. We currently serve Autauga County with plans on expanding  to Montgomery, Elmore and other surrounding counties.

This organization was founded by Mark L Baynard, author of the books “100 Years & 100 Years II.” Mark, who was also a troubled or at-risk youth has now dedicated his life to making a difference within his community. Mark has experienced streets life, drugs use and sells, as well as served an extended prison sentence. Mark use his life story as an example of how not to live. He also encourage our youth to take time to think before making a life changing decision.

Isaac Crawford assist with Mentoring our Youth at the school! He has been a good example for our youth to follow. He facilitates some of our classes and teach life and social skills.
